This course is a fundamental level communication skills study day for:
- Any care professional who communicates with people affected by serious or life limiting illness/frailty, but not directly responsible for assessment & planning of care or treatment.
- Examples include: Health Care Assistants, Social Care Staff, Medical Secretaries, Ward Clerks, Support Staff, Porters
